I ordered a pizza from Angelo’s and really enjoyed it. The sauce had a nice little tang to it, the cheese was solid, and the crust actually had some flavor instead of being bland. It tasted fresh and definitely hit the spot. Maybe not absolutely perfect, but close enough that I’d happily order it again.

"Parking was super easy"
I stopped by Angelo’s in Lakewood and the parking was a nice surprise. I found a spot close by right away, which made the whole visit feel a lot easier.

It’s a simple thing, but not having to drive around looking for parking or walk a long way really helps, especially when you’re just picking up food. Definitely made the trip more convenient

"Wings were a letdown"
Got the wings and yeah. Not great. They were dry. Sauce tasted kind of off too. Just not what I was hoping for

The order was mostly correct and the food itself was fine. But this is where it got annoying: they missed one item, so I had to deal with that instead of just enjoying the meal.

"Desserts were seriously good!!!"
I had dessert from Angelo’s, and honestly??? It was hands-down the best part of the whole meal!!!

The cake tasted really fresh... not dry at all, which I always appreciate, and the sweetness was just right!! You could definitely tell it hadn’t just been sitting around forever.

I’d come back just for dessert next time!!! Nothing too fancy, just simple, tasty, and it made a good night even better!!

"Wish there had been more toppings"
The pizza tasted fine overall, so at first I was hoping maybe it just looked a little light, but there really weren’t many toppings on it. There was barely any pepperoni, and the veggies were kind of scattered here and there. For the price, I just expected it to feel a bit more loaded. Maybe it was a one-off, but I’m not totally sure I’d order the same one again

"Decent food, but the delivery delay needs to be addressed"
The food was decent overall, but the delivery took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but I’d appreciate better updates or some accountability when things run late. I might give it another try sometime, but I’d hope the delivery experience is more reliable next time.

"Online ordering was a bit of a hassle"
I tried placing an order online, it was kind of frustrating at first. The checkout page was loading really slowly, and then my pickup time changed after I had already paid, which threw me off a bit. The food itself was fine though, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible. It just feels like the online ordering system could use some smoothing out.

"Showed up fast and still hot"
I ordered dinner my brain pretty much rates delivery on two things: did it get here fast, and is it still hot? This checked both boxes. It showed up way quicker than I expected, so yeah, I was happy with it.

"Pretty underwhelming overall"
I was really hoping the pizza would hit the spot, but it just didn’t. The crust was kind of dry, and the cheese had this chewy texture that didn’t taste very fresh. The wings were fine, I guess, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. Weirdly, the thing I remember most is that the pizza box had a tiny grease stain shaped like a fish on the corner. Maybe it was just an off night, but I expected better

"Salad was not very fresh"
I ordered from Angelos Lakewood and got a salad with my meal, but it didn’t look that fresh when it showed up. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just a decent side salad, but it was underwhelming.
Some of the lettuce was brown around the edges and kind of soggy, and the tomatoes tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. It wasn’t completely inedible, but for the price, I definitely expected better.

I also wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next, like whether to call, ask for a refund, or just let it go, which was frustrating. Maybe their other food is fine, but the salad was a disappointment

I was impressed with how clean the place was, especially the tables. It made the whole visit feel more comfortable and well cared for. Nothing overly fancy, but definitely a nice, tidy spot.

"Okay food, but should’ve been hotter, right?"
I ordered from Angelo’s and, to be fair, it got here quickly. But the food was only lukewarm when it arrived, which was kind of disappointing. The fries were already soft, and the pizza definitely needed a few minutes in the oven before it felt worth eating.

Once I reheated everything, the taste was actually decent, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad meal. I just feel like for the price, it’s fair to expect the food to show up hot, right? I might give them another try, but probably pickup next time

"Craved Pasta, Ordered It, No Regrets"
I randomly got hit with a pasta craving and just ordered from Angelo’s Lakewood on impulse, i’m glad I did. The sauce tasted really fresh, the pasta had a good bite to it and wasn’t mushy at all, and the portion was more than enough. It gave that homemade, comfort-food kind of feel. Definitely ordering again the next time the craving hits
